The course consists of three modules:

Knowledge Reviews

Designed so that theoretical study can be undertaken at your own pace, via independent learning,  PADI interactive e-learning system. The e-learning is the most time efficient method of completing the theory, if holiday time is a factor, since all theory can be completed before embarking on your holiday and once at the dive centre, all you do is dive and no studying.

Confined Water Training

Training sessions take place either in a swimming pool, or open water conditions similar to those found in a pool. Here, under the direct supervision of an instructor, you are learn the necessary diving skills, which will give you the ability to dive in the open sea.

Open Water Training

During the open water dives, you will demonstrate to the instructor the skills that you have learnt in confined training and your ability to dive in open water conditions. On successful completion you will receive the Open Water Certification allowing you to enjoy new and exciting experiences.

Time is of the essence?

Then the PADI Scuba Diver certification, (a subset of the Open Water Course) is a possibility on completion of 3 modules of eLearning theory, 3 confined water training dives (pool or confined water area) and two open water training dives. This rating will allow you to continue diving for fun but under the supervision of a Professional to a maximum depth of 12 metres. However, at a later time, on completion of the two remaining knowledge review modules, confined training exercises and open water dives, you will receive the Open Water Certification.

• Minimum age 10 years
• Students aged 10 – 14 years will receive the Junior Open Water Diver/Junior Scuba Diver Certification
• Duration: 3-5 days
• Maximum depth: 18 metres/ Scuba Divers: 12 metres
• for ages 10 – 11 years maximum depth 12 metres
